Thought Conditioners
Thought Conditioners
In Earl Nightengale’s famous presentation entitled, “The Strangest Secret,” he addressed the key to success in just six words. (And the same six words are also the key to failure!) Here it is –
WE BECOME WHAT WE THINK ABOUT
Whatever you consistently think about, meditate on, believe and speak with your mouth will ultimately take place in your life. Your consistent thoughts, beliefs and words are like a magnet that reaches out into the spiritual realm to draw them into manifestation. Proverbs states that as a man thinks in his heart, so is he. In Philippians, we are instructed to think on things which are good, and pure, and perfect, and lovely and of good report.
Each “Thought Conditioner” article is a compilation of key highlights or “nuggets” from a variety of different books and articles, as well as commentaries. The information in a typical Thought Conditioner article has been gleaned from an assortment of sources consisting of literally hundreds of pages of content. The objective is to is to be intentional in programming ourselves with God’s thoughts instead of the world’s thoughts. To think about God’s truth instead of a lie. To stress the absolute importance of regularly renewing our mind in God’s Word, as well as understanding the principles for successful living taught from the Word of God. Bottom line – as we transform the way we think, we transform our lives! (Proverbs 23:7 – As a man thinks in his heart, so is he)
