Declarations

Our minds are similar to a computer. It simply acts upon the information put into it. If all we have is carnal knowledge, then all we can be is carnal. But thank God, we can reprogram ourselves with the Word of God.  Understanding the absolute power of our words, Proverbs says that life and death are in the power of our words and we are snared with the words of our mouth.  God has also given us the power to bind on earth what is bound in heaven and to loose on earth what is loosed in heaven – to stake our claim of victory in the spiritual realm over every area of our life.  I have made these (or similar) declarations / affirmations / decrees a countless number of times (maybe thousands??!!) over my life, family, biz, finances, health, etc. to call those things that be not as though they were.

INSTRUCTIONS

Read aloud the “Daily Prayer” and “Who I Am In Christ” as well as the “Declarations of Truth” scripture affirmations. Carefully consider what you are professing. You may want to proclaim one script in the morning, one mid-day and the other in the evening. Read these statements out loud every day for at least six weeks, which will increasingly allow your mind to be renewed by the truth. This daily discipline and time commitment is a small price to pay in order to renew your mind and realize your freedom in Christ (Gal. 5:1)
