Is healing really for everyone? Why are some people healed and others aren’t? Why is the topic of healing so controversial among Christians? Questions like these can make believing for and receiving healing difficult to the point of just giving up altogether. But God’s will concerning healing really isn’t a mystery – it’s religion and people’s opinions that have led to confusion and wrong thinking.
Many Christians have gone to the same church for years without hearing any teaching on the subject of divine healing. They may belong to a denomination that teaches that God gets glory from someone battling a disease, or that God withholds healing in order to teach someone a lesson, or to humble someone and teach patience. Bottom line – religious tradition can cause the mighty supernatural power of the living Word of God to be ineffective. My objective is to merely report what God’s Word says about the subject of healing. Like Fox News says, “We report. You decide.” My intent is to provide facts from God’s Word pertaining to divine healing. You can then decide what you desire to do with this information.
