JFC Finance Class

Over the coming weeks, we will explore in detail why God’s Word says that the world’s “me first” system of finance is wrong.  We will examine an alternative way to prosper, and this is by following God’s laws of finance and stewardship which are taught in His Word. If we follow these laws, we will prosper exactly the way that God wants us to prosper and there is absolutely nothing wrong with this kind of prosperity.

Course Objectives: 

• To examine specifically what the Word of God says with regard to how we are to steward our finances as believers in Christ.
• To contrast the world’s system of finance vs. God’s laws of finance & stewardship.
• To save you time!  To shorten the process from having an intellectual understanding (head knowledge/mental ascent) of God’s instructions/promises to having revelation knowledge wherein the Word of God is settled in your heart.

• Course Outline 
  In this study, we will address a variety of topics with sections that are very short – anywhere from 1-7 pages. Each week we will refer to a section for discussion, questions, etc.
  
  
• Life Lessons – Finances
  Short stories and illustrations that provide valuable biblical insights relating to finances.
   
• God’s Laws of Finance & Stewardship
  This document is the most important – the scriptures that address God’s instructions on how we are to be good stewards with the resources He has entrusted us with. For those that are really hungry to learn God’s laws of finance and stewardship, I would recommend reading these 11 pages at least once, or even two times a week. This will take the promises/instructions contained within the scriptures from “head knowledge” or an academic understanding to a supernatural heart level revelation where these scriptures are living and active on the inside of you!
