Power of Praise
Power of Praise
Living a life of praise is not only the most enjoyable way to live, but it’s also one of the most powerful ways to change your life. Praise isn’t like the caboose that just follows the train and brings up the rear. Praise is more like the engine of a train that makes things happen.
Praise is a source of peace, joy, pleasure, and contentment in every area of your life. It will change your perspective. It will build you up spiritually, it is a source of strength, it is a powerful weapon against the devil, and it ministers to the Lord, just to mention a few. Through praise, you can overcome stress, anxiety and depression in your life.
Our Father in heaven has instructed you to praise Him at all times regardless of how you feel or what circumstances you face. Praise shouldn’t be the inevitable byproduct that comes when everything is going right in our lives; it should be the driving force!
Praise will get our focus where it needs to be—on God. If we start praising God in the middle of our problems, our problems will shrink so much that we’ll hardly remember to bring them to God! We’ll be so busy praising Him and thanking Him for His blessings that our problems will be an afterthought.
Praise builds your faith, runs off the devil, and ministers to God!
I will bless the Lord at all times, his praise shall continually be in my mouth. (Psalm 34:1)
